1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BT Connection application at bt-connection.com (the “Service”), operated by SENTech Ingenia Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
2. The Service
BT Connection is an online marketplace that helps tour operators and tour agencies post bus tours and receive offers from bus operators, and helps bus operators discover tours and submit offers. We provide the platform; contracts for transport services are made directly between users unless we state otherwise in writing.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time, with or without notice, where reasonable.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date
- Accounts are for business use by tour operators, tour agencies, or bus operators
- New accounts may require admin approval before full access is granted
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account
- You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Tour operators and agencies
If you post tours on the Service, you agree that:
- Tour information you provide (routes, dates, requirements, etc.) is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- You have authority to request transport for the tours you post
- You will review offers in good faith and communicate promptly when accepting or declining
- When you accept an offer, you understand that identifying and contact information may be shared with the relevant bus operator through the Service
- Viewing offers for your tours and accepting or declining them may require an active paid Connect subscription, as shown on the Service
Posting tours and browsing open tours are free unless we announce otherwise on the Service or in a separate agreement.
5. Bus operators
If you submit offers on the Service, you agree that:
- Vehicle and fleet information you provide is accurate and you are authorized to offer those vehicles
- Prices and terms in your offers are made in good faith
- You will honor accepted offers according to your agreement with the tour operator or agency
- Submitting offers and other paid actions may require an active paid Connect subscription, as shown on the Service
6. Open Tours and anonymity
Open tours may display trip details publicly without revealing the posting company’s identity until a connection is made through the Service. Do not attempt to circumvent anonymity features or scrape the Service to identify users prematurely.
7. Subscriptions and payments
BT Connection offers a Connect subscription that unlocks marketplace actions such as submitting offers (bus operators) and viewing, accepting, or declining offers (tour operators and agencies). Browsing open tours and posting tours remain free unless we state otherwise on the Service.
Connect subscriptions may be purchased by card through Stripe Checkout. By subscribing via Stripe, you also agree to Stripe’s applicable terms. Fees, billing intervals, and cancellation rules for card payments are shown at checkout and on the Service.
Where available, you may pay by bank transfer instead. We will email you an invoice with bank transfer instructions. Connect access starts after we receive and confirm your payment. The subscription period, amount, and any renewal process are shown on the Service and on your invoice.
- Stripe subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the customer portal or as described on the Service
- We may change pricing with notice where required; continued use after a change may constitute acceptance
8. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the Service
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service except as permitted by us in writing
- Misrepresent your identity, company, fleet, or authorization
- Circumvent subscription or access controls
We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
9. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit (tours, offers, documents, photos, etc.). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate the Service, including showing anonymized tour details on public pages where applicable.
You represent that you have the rights to submit your content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate law.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, software, branding, and documentation, is owned by SENTech Ingenia Ltd. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks except as needed to use the Service in the ordinary course.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not a party to transport contracts between users and do not guarantee the performance, safety, licensing, or insurance of any operator or vehicle. Users are responsible for their own due diligence, contracts, and compliance with transport and tourism regulations.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SENTech Ingenia Ltd. and its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or dealings with other users.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SENTech Ingenia Ltd. from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your breach of these Terms, or your dealings with other users.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including limitations of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive termination.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to SENTech Ingenia Ltd.’s place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
Before formal proceedings, please contact us to try to resolve the issue in good faith.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, where permitted by law.
